Trans-Atlantic Drawl is a song that Radiohead wrote, recorded, and apparently never perform (along with the rest of the Amnesiac b-sides, their best work, imo; thanks, Radiohead). The clips here come from a (single) episode of Gundam 00, a series in the Gundam anime franchise owned by Bandai. No, I can't draw at all, and I'm nowhere near as good at music as Radiohead. How can I be the one to upload this, then? It appears that Radiohead and anime don't particularly care for one another, at least, not publicly - but I do! I used to make music videos for Dragon Ball Z fights, back when I was really into the Beastie Boys, and, sitting around one day going back and forth between my awesome music and awesome anime collections, I had the brain-flash: there's gotta be something totally badass you could set that great Setsuna // Al-Sarshes fight to. There was - it was this. So, I've clipped out a bit of the back of the song, and don't necessarily hold the first 32 seconds to be my finest work, but it *does* work, and makes a fitting intro to the killer fight, which I definitely cut and edited together to fit the music. Comments welcome, but be gentle - this is my first music video in years! I hope it's enjoyed...
